New Dreambox DM520: Cheap and powerful machine already in August

מקלט עם תמיכה ב HEVC , אבל ללא תמיכה ב UHD ועוד עם מפרט של חומרה חלש, הוא מיותר לגמרי, במיוחד שהיום לא קיימת מערכת ecosystem כלשהיא לפלטפורמה של Broadcom , בהקשר של מקלטי לוויין מבוססי Linux .

זה לא רק זיכרון, ובעיקר לא רק הזיכרון, אלה שיש לו מצד אחד מפענח של HEVC , דבר שמייקר את המקלט ומצד שני המפענח הזה מיותר, כי המקלט לא עומד כלל בדרישות מינימום לשימוש ברכיב המדובר, בגלל שאין לו את היתר הרכיבים לצורך השימוש ב HEVC.
כך שהמקלט המדובר לא שמיש כלל לקליטה של שידורים בתקנים חדשים מצד אחד ויקר יותר מיתר המקלטים הפשוטים במצד שני.
