4:4:4 of this is used in the professionalest digital formats. Each pixel is felt with the same rate. One finds this ratio in D1-Recordern. Another Keysignal is joined then thereto, one receives a ratio of 4:4:4:4. Here the Luminanz-, Chrominanz- and Keysignal with 13.5 MHz would be felt.
