ORF Austria plan to start it's free-to-air version called ORF2 free to air on 1 July 2004. However, the
free-to-air programm is only 16:00 - 0:30 CET daily. In all other times, you can't watch ORF without a
valid smcartcard.
ORF2 free to air will be available on ASTRA-transpnder 12.692 GHz h (SR 22000, FEC 5/6)
