I said that the cas II bought from MAXKING through the toecutters den are being recalled.

Next time check the facts b4 you answer.

Toecutter is unable to get online at the moment and has asked me to pass on the following message to members of the Den who have aquired Cas 2 Interfaces from here.



If your experiencing problems with the units themselves return them back to Duolabs direct for a quicker turn-around.



There seems to still be issues with the Cas 2 software working 100% on Windows XP.



I know that people who have suffered problems with updating the Joker's to Blue Ice have had sucess when switching from XP to Windows 98SE. So my advise would be wait for the next Cas 2 software release as the XP problems will no doubt be fixed for that release.



If your Cas2 hardware itself is damaged then send it to Duolabs Direct and include your return address details for a fast turn-around.

לא צריך להגזים! בעיה רק בתוכנה ולא בחומרה. וגם תלוי במערכת הפעלה!!!

לגבי שרשום שם שיכולות להיות בעיות עם חומרה אז רשמו את זה בכללי כי זה יכול לקראות לכל אחד!!! זה לא אומר שמוצר פגום!

כן, אותו דבר ספק רשם בזמנו לגבי CAS1...

זה הרי הערה רגילה לגבי בעיות עם המוצר, אבל זה לא אומר שהמוצר פגום.

אומרים ש" אם יש בעיה אז תחזירו". אבל לא אומרים שהיא קיימת!!!

I have some news for you,

I have sold 100s of CAS II in the last few weeks and about 50% of them were hardware faulty.

I buy directly from duolabs, but I did not tell my customers to send it directly to the manufacturer, i took risponsebilty and replaced them, did not wave the responsibilty by putting a sentance on my best freinds website.

I did not join this forum to argue but only to state fucts and share information.

I am happy for you and your 5 freinds with their 100% working casII.

but that will not CHANGE the FACT that I have more experiance then you with CASII
