Receiving Sky Digital (Astra) in Istrael

Hi,
I am an Israeli Living in NY and will return to Israel this summer with my family.
Sorry, but my PC has no Hebrew keyboard.

In any case, I have purchased a "dirat gag" in Tel Aviv and wish to install a Dish to receive Sky Digital.
I found a company in UK that can sell me the receiver+ smart card for Sky Digital. What I need to know is what dish size you guys would recommend. I have read on some posts here that 1.8 Meters might not be enough.
What size and type you guys recommend. Also do you kow where I will be able to order it in Israel? Or should I bring it with me? I can get here in USA a 2.4Meter Dish for about $300 but I am not sure how good it is..Perhaps it would be better to get this in Israel? If yes where?

Any other equipment I would need?

1.80 איכותית עם LNB טוב והתקנה טובה אמורים להספיק. אל תביא אתך צלחת, יש פה הכל. שים לב: לא תקלוט את כל הערוצים. לא כל האלומות נקלטות בארץ.

והבט בטור השני מימין בו כתוב Beam

תוכל לקלוט רק את הערוצים שב beam שלהם כתוב 2a south, 2b south, 2b north
וכמעט את כל הערוצים שה BEAM שלהם הוא S1

Do you think that with a bigger dish, I would be able to get the other Beams?

Also, if you suggest getting the Dish in Israel, do you have a recomended place?

האלומות הצפוניות המדוברות לא נקלטות בארץ גם בצלחות מאד גדולות.

צלחת 180 תמצא בלי בעייה בארץ אצל כל מתקין צלחות. תציץ במדור הפרסומי.

I have read in some forums that people have been able to get 2D in Cyprus using a 3 meter dish.
Has anybody tried this in Israel? if yes, what dish size?

נוסה ונכשל.

גם עם צלחת של 5 מ' לא הצליחו להוציא את האלומות האלה.

פרקטית - אין דרך לקבל את האלומות החלשות בארץ, וחבל שכך.
