1)put .ipk file into /tmp with your ftp client
2)open telnet session
3)from telnet write cd /
3)cd tmp
4)ipkg install filename.ipk

for example

ipkg install newcs167_167-r1_sh4.ipk


that's all



1)inserite il file .ipk nella cartella tmp con il vostro programma ftp
2)avviate una sessione di telnet
3)dopo esservi loggati scrivete cd /
4)cd tmp
5)ipkg install nomefile.ipk

ecco l'esempio con un file già presente

newcs167_167-r1_sh4.ipk

just login via ftp

and upload the files to /tmp (which pack you want to install)

let's say i want to install mgcamd

......

i will upload mgcamd133_133-r1_sh4.ipk to /tmp

then i will go on putty and log in via telnet to my box

type

cd /tmp

then

ls

you will see your file extension name

e.g: mgcamd133_133-r1_sh4.ipk then type

ipkg install mgcamd133_133-r1_sh4.ipk
