HawkDVB 1.0
HawkDVB is a DVB-S Software to watch digital tv with a satellite card.
I tested it only with WinTV Nova (because I have only this card) but the DVBCore API
supports other cards, too. So I think it should work with other cards. It includes
the features of the 'standard' WinTV Nova, that means no remote-controls or ci-interfaces!
I have only the simple model of the card so I can not built in features I can't test!
I had no testers to test HawkDVB, so if it works with your DVB-card please send me a mail!
First of all I made this prog just for fun for my own. Many other progs are a little
complicated or have features I don't need. All the features in HawkDVB are made and designed
for me (this is the advantage if youwrite your own prog:)!
It's still very buggy but I think I could make it better in future releases.
It works only in software-mode! So don't be sad if it doesn't work properly with your
Premium-card.
The channel-list file (*.hch) is an ADO-Database. You can create different/individual
channel-lists with own favorite groups and load them simply to HawkDVB.
If you like my little prog then have a lot of fun with it!
