כעקרון האפשרות המובנת של האימג של TELSAT להפעלת DISEQC עובדת -
המדריך הזה מסביר מה לעשות על מנת להעתיק את האופצייה ל AAF .
חשוב מאוד לא לערוך את הקבצים עם NotePad או WordPad - וזה נכון לכל הקבצים של KATHY
כי הם הורסים את מיבנה הקובץ - יש להשתמש בעורך קבצים יעודי , (כי זה UNIX) .
אני ממליץ על Crimson Editor הוא חינם ועובד יפה - ניתן להוריד בלינק הבא :

לאחר ההתקנה יש להגדיר את עבודה במצב UNIX לפי התמונה הבאה :



תוכן הקבצים המצורפים הולך ל (כמובן שצריך לחלץ את תוכן הקבצים ולא רק להעתיק אותם כמו שהם):
sat.rar --------> /data/sat
config.rar ---------> /config
diseqc.mon --------> /data/bin
לאחר העתקת הקבצים למקומם


יש להריץ את הפקודות הבאות :



בדיקה שהקובץ עולה :



במידה וזה עובד ואין הודעת שגיאה – ניתן להגדיר הפעלה אוטומטית :
לשם כך יש לערוך את הקובץ Config/Init.sh ולהוסיף את השורה הבאה:



בסוף הקובץ אבל בדיוק ליפני " OSD Menue starten # "

הגדרת פעולת הדייסק הרצוייה מתבצעת ע"י עריכת הקובץ : data/sat/diseqc.cfg

Auto-DiSEqC v.1.0 by telesat® , (DiSEqC 1.1/1.2)
You should edit file : /data/sat/diseqc.cfg
Set up DiSEqC type 1.1 or 1.2 according to the system you have
Syntax is <diseqc_type=1.x> where x=1 or x=2 ,
that means that allowed values are:
diseqc_type=1.1 i diseqc_type=1.2
Set up satellite position
Syntax is: <position> <Satname> , where:
<position> = DiSEqC position stored in
DiSEqC positioner or position stored on DiSEqC multiswitch
values must be between 1 and 99, others are ignored
Position 255 in cfg file means that there won't be sent any command on that satellite
<Satname> = name od the satellite - in the way it is written in the box settings file
check with setdir
